BTHM is amalgam of Tourism and Hotel Management course wherein one is guided and trained in this unique discipline for their professional growth in hospitality. Bachelor of Tourism and Hotel Management program acts as a combination of Bachelor of Hotel Management program and Bachelor of Tourism Administration course. The course study helps the candidate to acquire professional skills to coordinate and manage the activities of Tourism and Hospitality sector. The training programme focuses on imbibing technical knowledge and skills in hotel operations. The aim of this course is to provide “a cut above the rest” man-power to the ever-growing demands of the hotel and tourism industry.

Cooking is an art that need creativity and innovation. The field of Culinary Arts offer versatility and flexibility in career. BSc Hotel Management and Culinary Arts is a 3 Year Degree Program and the syllabus blends about preparing, cooking, presenting food alongside business management expertise in the field of Culinary.
The B.Sc. HM & CA degree course is in semester pattern consisting of six months each and the Industrial Exposure Training scheduled during the sixth semester.
