The Department of Management was established in the year 2015-16. The department provides a common platform for each student with varied educational skills and knowledge background to join together with a common objective of self-development through group effort.
BBA is a six semester program designed for the students who wish to pursue their careers in management. The objective of this programme is to cater to the requirement of the industry by providing quality management professionals with strong managerial skills. The Department of Management has infrastructure that facilitates excellence in teaching, research consultancy and other professional activities. With the mission to provide academic nourishment and nature excellence to bring out dynamic executives, a distinctive feature of the course is the choice based credit and semester system with electives in Human Resource Management which there by provides ample scope to the faculty and students to incorporate the emerging trends and practices in the industry as part of the curriculum. The pedagogy also includes organizational training, lectures, seminars, case studies, management projects etc. The BBA program focuses on holistic development of students in addition to instilling excellent managerial skills and leadership qualities, which are essential to succeed in a globalized economy. The uniqueness of the course is exhibitions, trade fairs, workshops, Best management team contest etc.
