Menstrual cup awareness program

Menstrual cup awareness program,organised by the Department of Costume and Fashion Designing.It is open for all female students and staff of the Nirmala Arts and Science College. The initiation of the Menstrual Cup Awareness Program aimed to educate and raise awareness about menstrual cups as an environmentally sustainable and economically viable menstrual hygiene solution. The program centred on debunking misconceptions, delivering precise information, and encouraging the acceptance of menstrual cups among women and girls.
