The Post Graduate Department of Commerce, in association with the HR Club, successfully organized a motivational and developmental talk titled “OPEN YOUR MIND: LIFE AND CAREER COACHING” on 25th July 2025 at 10:30 AM in the Seminar Hall of Nirmala College of Arts and Science, Meloor, Chalakudy.
Dr. Bindu V, Head of the Department, delivered the introductory speech, emphasizing the significance of mindset development and self-awareness in personal and professional growth. The Principal, Prof. Dr. Shaju Ouseph, delivered the presidential address, appreciating the department’s initiative in empowering students through practical life and career guidance.
The chief guest, Dr. Krishnakumar U R (Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce, SNM College, Maliankara), led an insightful session on the theme “Open Your Mind: Life and Career Coaching,” highlighting the importance of self-awareness, goal-setting, and aligning personal values with career aspirations. Through real-life examples and interactive engagement, he motivated students to take charge of their future with clarity and confidence. The session served as an inspiring platform to guide students in navigating life and career choices with purpose and resilience.
