On July 29^th 2023 as part of World chocolate day a webinar on “Cocoa and Chocolate” was conducted by the Department of Food Technology of Nirmala college of Arts and Science Meloor, Chalakudy at 11.00 am. The Resource person was Ms. Pinchu Elizabath Thomas Ph. D Scholar CFTRI, who enlightens the students with her knowledge on the topic. Students were opened to new skies of opportunities in the field of chocolate. It was an interesting and interactive session.
