Sandwich Smackdown - the healthy sandwich competition

As a part of World Sandwich Day, Department of Food Technology, Nirmala College of Arts and Science, Meloor is organizing SANDWICH SMACKDOWN: The Healthy Sandwich Competition.

Guidelines:

1. Competition is open to all NCAS students.

2. Create your own recipe for a healthy sandwich.

3. Mail a short video of preparation and final product along with the list of ingredients.

4. Presentation and nutritive value will be considered for final judgment.
