The Department of Computer Science, Nirmala College of Arts and Science, successfully conducted “Utkarṣah 2026”, an Orientation and Career Guidance Programme, on 22 June 2026 at the College Seminar Hall. The programme featured expert sessions by Mr. Renjith M., Head, Department of Artificial Intelligence, Nirmala College of Engineering; Mr. Sharan K. S., Senior ITSM Manager, UST Global, Kochi; Mr. Anilkumar K. N., Senior Software Developer and Technology Trainer; and Mr. Arun M. G., Cloud Architect, TCS. The resource persons shared valuable insights on Artificial Intelligence, career opportunities in the IT industry, software development trends, and cloud computing technologies. Their sessions provided students with a clear understanding of industry expectations, emerging technologies, and the skills required for professional success. A Heartfulness session led by the trainers emphasized well-being, personal excellence, and holistic development. The programme witnessed active participation from students and proved to be highly informative, inspiring, and beneficial for their academic and career growth.
