As part of the induction programme, an expert session on “Career Strategy of a Food Technologist” was delivered by Mr. Ameer Faisal, Convenor of KEFTA, Director of Brix Certifications and Approved FoSTaC Trainer.The session provided newly admitted students with an initial orientation to the profession of Food Technology. The resource person introduced students to the broad scope of the discipline and discussed the different areas in which Food Technology graduates can build their careers.The session highlighted the importance of developing a strong academic foundation, acquiring practical knowledge, improving communication and interpersonal skills, and remaining updated with developments in the food sector.
