DESTINO 2026- Placement Orientation Programme

The programme featured expert sessions by distinguished resource persons: Dr. Mendus Jacob, CEO, IPSR Solutions Limited and Professor & Director (MCA Programme), Marian College, Kuttikkanam; Ms. Tojie Jose, Customer Success Manager, Disprz, Dubai, UAE; and Mr. Dipindas A. H., Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead, Reizend Pvt. Ltd., Trivandrum.The sessions provided students with valuable insights into career readiness, industry expectations, digital workplace skills, software engineering career pathways, and emerging trends in Artificial Intelligence. Practical guidance on resume building, interview strategies, and placement preparation further enriched the learning experience. The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and served as an effective platform for enhancing their employability skills and career awareness.
