The Bizathlon – MINI MANAGEMENT FEST

The Department of Management, Nirmala College of Arts and Science, Meloor, Chalakudy,organized “The Bizathlon” on 27 July 2026 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The programme featured three exciting activities—Case Study, Business Quiz, and HR Game—designed to enhance students’ knowledge, analytical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills. The event provided an engaging platform for students to apply business and HR concepts through experiential learning while fostering healthy competition, creativity, and team spirit.
