Through the session conducted by Chef Karthikeyan, students gained insights into professional cooking techniques, industry standards, and the skills required to succeed in the hospitality sector. The seminar aimed to connect classroom learning with real-world industry experience and inspire students to develop creativity and professionalism in culinary arts.
