Payasam Palooza

The "Payasam Palooza" was a unique event organized by the Department of Hotel Management on 26th August 2025, celebrating traditional Indian desserts (payasams) while providing Hotel Management students with hands-on experience in large-scale food production, preparation, and presentation. The event showcased traditional Indian desserts, highlighting their importance in culture.
