INDUSTRIAL VISIT - NIPHATT , Kochi.

An industrial visit was conducted for the B.Sc. S3 Food Technology students on 15 September 2026 to the National Institute of Fisheries Post Harvest Technology and Training (NIPHATT), located at Pallimukku, Kochi.The visit provided the students with valuable practical exposure to fish processing, post-harvest handling, preservation, processing technologies, quality control, and value-added fish products. It helped the students connect their theoretical knowledge with real-world applications in the fisheries and food processing industry.
