The Samoohika Sannadhasena cell of Nirmala College of Arts and Science, Meloor, Chalakudy successfully conducted an anti-drug awareness programme titled “Lahariye Vendennu Parayam, Surakshitharaayi Valaram! – Say No to Drugs, Say Yes to Life” on 24th September 2026 at 10:00 AM onwards at VBUP School, Poolany, Chalakudy. The programme aimed to educate school students on the dangers of drug abuse and to promote a healthy, drug-free lifestyle through interactive sessions on saying no to drugs and peer pressure, choosing good friends and healthy activities, seeking support from trusted adults, and building self-confidence.
