Seminar - "Beyond Profit: Ethics, Governance and the Future of Business"

Seminar -

The seminar was led by Mr. Byju Antony, Career Faculty Trainer & Teacher, Govt. Vocational Higher Secondary School, Puthenchira. The session covered key concepts including business ethics, principles of corporate governance, ethical leadership, stakeholder management, corporate social responsibility (CSR), environmental sustainability, regulatory compliance, and ethical decision-making in organizations. Real-life business cases and contemporary examples were presented to illustrate how ethical practices contribute to organizational reputation, stakeholder trust, and sustainable growth.
