ANTEFOOD 2K26 - Presentation Competition

The ANTEFOOD – 2K26 Presentation Competition based on the theme “AI in Food Technology” and the tagline “Innovating the Future of Food with Artificial Intelligence” was conducted in three stages.The shortlisted teams presented their refined ideas related to the application of Artificial Intelligence in Food Technology before Ms. Ann Mathew, CEO & Founder of Millicious, Food Process Engineer, Food Entrepreneur, Researcher, and Founder of Transal Food Products LLP.
