NOVUS – Domain-Specific Placement Orientation Programme was organised by the Placement Cell, Department of Management, Nirmala College of Arts and Science, on 11th August 2026 at the NCAS Seminar Hall for final-year BBA students. The session was led by Mr. Jinesh Athra, Leader, HR Expert & Management Thinker, General Manager, Forus Motors.The programme provided students with valuable insights into industry expectations, domain-specific career opportunities, recruitment processes, placement stages and essential employability skills. The interaction helped students gain a clearer understanding of workplace expectations and prepare more effectively for campus recruitment and future career opportunities.
