The Department of Food Technology conducted a certificate training session on "Food Safety Supervisor" for food technology students, equipping them with essential knowledge and skills in food safety practices, regulations, and standards. Upon completion, students gained a comprehensive understanding of food safety hazards, protocols, and regulatory requirements, as well as practical skills to identify and control hazards, ensuring a safe and healthy food environment.
